We are currently seeing some issues with paypal withholding payments, which may prevent some people from downloading their purchases. We're working to see what the issue might be, but if you are having issues, please email us at chimerarpg.pbta@gmail.com and let us know. You can also reach out to us on twitter via DM @ChimeraRPG if you are having difficulties downloading after purchase and we'll let you know when things look like they are working again. For now, you don't need to submit multiple payments. If multiple payments have been submitted already, and things clear out and you get double charged, we'll make sure to get that fixed as soon as possible.
